By using Ruteria, you agree to the terms below.<\/p>\n

1. What Ruteria Does<\/h2>\n

Ruteria is a marketplace platform that helps connect:<\/p>\n

  • Property hosts<\/li>\n
  • Event organizers<\/li>\n
  • Guests seeking rural spaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We help people discover spaces, compare listings, and connect.<\/p>\n

    Ruteria does not own, manage, operate, or supervise listed properties or events.<\/p>\n

    2. What Ruteria Does Not Do<\/h2>\n

    Ruteria is not:<\/p>\n

    • a legal advisor<\/li>\n
    • a permitting authority<\/li>\n
    • an insurer<\/li>\n
    • an event organizer<\/li>\n
    • a property operator or venue manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Listings and property information are provided largely by hosts and may change over time.<\/p>\n

      Users are responsible for verifying that a property is suitable for their intended use.<\/p>\n

      3. About Compliance Information<\/h2>\n

      Some listings may include information related to:<\/p>\n

      • Parking<\/li>\n
      • Sound sensitivity<\/li>\n
      • Fire restrictions<\/li>\n
      • Water or sanitation<\/li>\n
      • Agricultural use considerations<\/li>\n
      • Permit or insurance indicators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        These are screening aids only.<\/p>\n

        They are meant to help users ask better questions, not to guarantee that an event is lawful, approved, or permitted.<\/p>\n

        Ruteria does not provide legal, zoning, or permitting advice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Users and hosts remain responsible for verifying municipal, provincial, state, county, and other applicable requirements.<\/p>\n

        4. Hosts Are Responsible For Their Listings<\/h2>\n

        Hosts are responsible for:<\/p>\n

        • Providing accurate listing information<\/li>\n
        • Having authority to offer a property<\/li>\n
        • Following applicable laws and regulations<\/li>\n
        • Disclosing restrictions or risks they know about<\/li>\n
        • Obtaining permits or insurance where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          A listing on Ruteria does not mean Ruteria has approved or certified a property for event use.<\/p>\n

          5. Guests and Organizers Are Responsible For Their Events<\/h2>\n

          Guests and organizers are responsible for:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Evaluating whether a property fits their needs<\/li>\n
          • Obtaining permits or event insurance when needed<\/li>\n
          • Following host rules<\/li>\n
          • Respecting neighbors, land, and local regulations<\/li>\n
          • Conducting events lawfully and safely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Any agreement related to an event is between host and guest.<\/p>\n

            Ruteria is not a party to those agreements.<\/p>\n

            6. Rural Properties Carry Inherent Risks<\/h2>\n

            Rural spaces can involve risks, including:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Uneven terrain<\/li>\n
            • Farm equipment or animals<\/li>\n
            • Weather exposure<\/li>\n
            • Fire risk<\/li>\n
            • Water or sanitation limitations<\/li>\n
            • Remote access or slower emergency response<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              By using rural properties booked or discovered through Ruteria, users assume those risks.<\/p>\n

              7. Use the Platform Respectfully<\/h2>\n

              Users may not:<\/p>\n

              • Post false or misleading listings<\/li>\n
              • Use the platform for unlawful events<\/li>\n
              • Circumvent platform arrangements to avoid agreed fees<\/li>\n
              • Misrepresent permits or compliance status<\/li>\n
              • Use the platform in a way that harms others or rural communities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                We may remove listings or suspend accounts where needed.<\/p>\n

                8. If Problems Arise<\/h2>\n

                While we may help facilitate communication, disputes about:<\/p>\n

                • cancellations<\/li>\n
                • property conditions<\/li>\n
                • injuries<\/li>\n
                • damages<\/li>\n
                • permits<\/li>\n
                • compliance issues<\/li>\n
                • event disruptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  are generally between hosts and guests.<\/p>\n

                  9. Liability Limits<\/h2>\n

                  Ruteria provides the platform \u201cas is.\u201d<\/p>\n

                  While we work to improve trust and clarity, we cannot guarantee:<\/p>\n

                  • listing accuracy<\/li>\n
                  • legal suitability of properties<\/li>\n
                  • uninterrupted platform availability<\/li>\n
                  • event outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    To the extent permitted by law, users assume responsibility for use of the platform and associated risks.<\/p>\n
